The issuance of these tokens is governed by the laws and regulations of Panama and KMS Labs’ terms and conditions.

ERC-20 KAU and KAG tokens issued by KMS Labs are separate and distinct from the native KAU and KAG tokens issued by Kinesis Cayman. ERC-20 KAU/KAG are backed 1:1 by reserves of Kinesis KAU/KAG held by KMS Labs, not directly by physical bullion. Holders’ rights are governed solely by KMS Labs’ terms and conditions.
