KMS Labs SA (“KMS Labs”), incorporated under the laws of Panama (company number 155772003) and registered at PH Twist Tower, 20th Floor, Office 20 I, Calle 54 Este, Obarrio, Bella Vista, Panama City, Republic of Panama, is the issuer of gold (KAU) and silver (KAG) tokens on the Ethereum network. The issuance of these tokens is governed by the laws and regulations of Panama and KMS Labs’ terms and conditions.

ERC-20 KAU and KAG tokens issued by KMS Labs are separate and distinct from the native KAU and KAG tokens issued by Kinesis Cayman. ERC-20 KAU/KAG are backed 1:1 by reserves of Kinesis KAU/KAG held by KMS Labs, not directly by physical bullion. Holders’ rights are governed solely by KMS Labs’ terms and conditions.
